The shipping cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
Bravo provides full support customer service. Orders placed with Bravo Bra Pads before Noon during West Coast, Pacific Standard Time (PST), will ship out on the same business day by USPS (unless the Post Office is closed for a US federal holiday – see postal holidays below). Bravo Bra Pads business days are currently Monday- Thursday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
FREE SHIPPING on orders shipped anywhere in the continental USA. Promotion will be applied automatically.
- Please be aware that a signature is required for shipments that are made via Express International.
- Shipping will be charged at the time of shipment.

Bravo Bra Pads may contact customers about a current bra pad insert or bra pad product order by email and occasionally by telephone. To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information is gathered and sent securely. Credit cards are charged only when orders are shipped.

Bravo Bra Pads Return/Exchange Policy
- RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING must be shipped via USPS or USPS Priority Mail.
- NEW CHARGES, CREDITS & REFUNDS will be charged or credited to the original form of payment.
Bravo Bra Pads will gladly exchange or refund any non-adhesive Bravo product that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Bravo in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) back to us. Additional charges for exchanges may apply (if the item you want costs more than the original purchase). You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the new item(s) from Bravo to your location. If the Bravo exchange item costs less than the original, Bravo will credit the difference back to you.
RETURNS DUE TO A MISTAKE MADE BY BRAVO IN THE ORDER
If Bravo Bra Pads has made a mistake on your order, please return the item(s) to Bravo with instructions for the what the correct product (size/color/style) needs to be. The return item MUST be returned to Bravo Bra Pads in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Bravo Bra Pads will absorb the return shipping cost (you must ship the item(s) back to us using USPS priority or USPS regular mail) and the cost of shipping the product(s) back to you.
RETURNS BY CUSTOMER
Bravo Bra Pads will gladly exchange or refund any non-adhesive Bravo product that you are not completely happy with. The return item MUST be returned to Bravo in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Smoothies™ are our only adhesive product and they are not returnable or exchangeable.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Bravo provides friendly customer service. Our team enjoys helping its customers ~ just as our products provide ‘full support’, we support our customers in their quest for better fitting bras, balanced breasts, and lift. If you need help solving a particular problem with bra fit issues (such as uneven breasts, post-mastectomy fit issues or sagging boobs) we will do our best to find the right bra pad insert to resolve your bra fit problem(s).
